HEALTH GUARANTEE
"I guarantee this puppy/dog to be in good health to the best of knowledge.
All shots and worming to be up to date from obvious health conditions or
defects at the time of transfer to the Buyer. To validate this guarantee,
the Buyer has 72 hours to take puppy/dog to a licensed veterinarian and
must provide the vet with the medical records for continuing care and
vaccinations to be properly scheduled. Should you, the Buyer neglect to
take the puppy/dog and the medical records to the vet for this exam, you
will accept immediate and full responsibility for its health and this health
guarantee will be null and void. All vet bills are the responsibility of the
Buyer. If there is found to be a serious incurable health or defect with the
puppy/dog a written statement from the vet with his findings must be
returned to me immediately. If a puppy/dog must be returned to me, it will
be exchanged with one of equal value, if one is available, or money will be
refunded within a reasonable period of time. If the Buyer is no longer able
to care for this puppy/dog, it will be returned to me with no cash refund.
We also guarantee up to and no more than 1 year after purchase date
against any major genetic defects like epilepsy, deafness, blindness, liver
shunt or heart murmur. However this agreement does not include
hypoglycemia, colds, coccidia or any other minor illnesses.
The Seller assumes no responsibility for this animal after leaving the
premises for any medical expenses such as injuries that occurred in or out
side the Buyers home due the irresponsibility of the Buyer. The Seller also
assumes no responsibility for death, allergies, training difficulties,
behavioral problems or any other reasons due to neglect of the Buyer.
In the case of the animal's death within the 12 hour period, an autopsy
must be arranged and paid for by the Buyer, and findings must be
submitted to the Seller before any exchange can be made.
